Whether you’re 7 or 70, V Dental Health & Aesthetics is redefining what it means to go to the dentist. With a full-service approach to general and family dentistry, Dr. Kyle Viloria and his team are on a mission to make every smile shine, inside and out.  “We want patients to feel confident, not just in their smiles, but in the care they receive,” says Dr. Viloria, founder and lead dentist. “That’s why we blend advanced cosmetic techniques with compassionate, comprehensive care.”

From routine cleanings to cutting-edge cosmetic procedures like Invisalign, implants, and smile makeovers, V Dental is a one-stop destination for oral health and aesthetics. And yes…kids are welcome too.  “We love seeing families grow with us,” Dr. Viloria adds. “Our youngest patients get preventative care and the same thoughtful attention as our adults. It’s about building trust early.”

When you arrive at the office, you step into a modern, inviting space designed to help you relax. Each treatment room features televisions mounted above the chairs, so patients can unwind and watch their favorite shows during procedures.  “We want your visit to feel more like a break than a chore,” says Dr. Viloria. “Comfort is part of care.”

Dental Q&A with Dr. Kyle Viloria

Q: How often should I really be flossing?
A: Every day! Flossing helps remove plaque and food particles between teeth that brushing alone can’t reach. Think of it as the finishing touch to your oral hygiene routine. “If you’re only flossing when something’s stuck, it’s like only washing dishes when they look dirty,” says Dr. Viloria with a smile. He adds ”use a water pic they are very effective.”

Q: Are whitening strips bad for my teeth?
A: Not necessarily. Over-the-counter whitening strips are generally safe when used as directed. However, overuse can lead to tooth sensitivity or gum irritation. “If you’re unsure, come in for a consult. We offer professional whitening options that are safer and more effective,” Dr. Viloria advises.

Q: Is this going to hurt?
A: Most dental procedures today are designed to be as comfortable as possible. Using gentle techniques and offer numbing options to keep you relaxed. “We’re here to make your visit smooth and stress-free. If you’re nervous, let us know, we’ll walk you through everything,” says Dr. Viloria.

Q: Is charcoal good or bad for your teeth?

A: Charcoal toothpaste can help remove surface stains due to its abrasive texture, which is why some people see a whitening effect. However, most dental experts advise caution.  “Charcoal is too abrasive for everyday use,” explains Dr. Kyle Viloria. “It can wear down enamel over time, which actually makes teeth more sensitive and prone to damage.”
